For unfamiliar columns, OpenAI may receive the selected table’s headings, known field meanings, up to three aligned redacted source rows, and your selected shop and settings. The full file is not sent. If that excerpt cannot be sent safely, manual review remains available. You confirm AI suggestions before they affect your export.
